Agent Clash is an AI model comparison platform that allows users to test and compare responses from multiple large language models (LLMs) side by side. The service facilitates evaluation by sending user prompts to selected AI providers and presenting the results.

2. User Accounts

• Account creation is optional. You may use Agent Clash with your own API key without creating an account.
• If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. API Keys and Authentication

• Agent Clash may require an API key (e.g., OpenRouter) to access AI models on your behalf.
• You are solely responsible for the security and usage of your API keys.
• If you have an account, your API key may be stored encrypted for convenience. You can delete it at any time.
• Any costs incurred from API usage through Agent Clash are your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is publicly available
• Overload or abuse the service with automated requests
• Use the service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

5. Intellectual Property

• The Agent Clash platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by its creator.
• AI-generated responses are subject to the terms of the respective AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).
• You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and any original content you create.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Agent Clash is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI model responses
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Clash and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

8. Third-Party Services

Agent Clash integrates with third-party AI providers. Your use of these providers is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
